Recovery Church

Recovery Church Lehigh Valley will be launching in the City of Allentown on Tuesday evening, October 24 at 7:00 p.m. at the Casa building located at 218 N 2nd St, Allentown.  We will be meeting weekly on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 p.m.

This effort is a collaboration between four Wesleyan Churches located in the Lehigh Valley area, the Northeast District of the Wesleyan Church and the National organization known as “Recovery Church Movement” located in Juniper Florida.  The objective of this program is to provide spiritual support and encouragement to substance addicts who have made a commitment to live a sobor life and are in the early stages of recovery.

The basis of the Recovery Church is the 12-steps combined with a relationship with Jesus Christ.  We believe a thorough working of the steps will lead a person to a more abundant life, free from addiction, closer to God and to others.  We will also offer programs for children of addicts during the worship service time.   Attendees are not required to be residents of Allentown, we expect attendees from many communities throughout the Lehigh Valley.

Trinity Wesleyan is excited to partner with FaithWesleyan Church in Orefield,CrossPoint Wesleyan Church in Bethelehm and Evangelical Wesleyan Church in Allentown to provide significant ministry to those struggling with addiction in the Lehigh Valley area.
